Fantastic property in the heart of town, modern and clean
Great location, just a minute walk to the high street or the river. Spacious rooms with lots of storage space and modern bathrooms
Throws on the furniture in the living room smelled strongly of dogs. Deposit process for non GBP paying guests incurred additional costs

We got great value for our money at Park Avenue. The room was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, cafes, and attractions. The host, Mary, was quick to respond and very helpful.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better is if there were more options to choose from.

Great location, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The property was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities that added to our overall experience. The view from the back of the house was amazing, we loved being able to see the beautiful surroundings.
The excessive amount of instructional notes scattered around the property. It would have been better if they were all organized in a welcome pack or communicated by the host initially.

The house itself was clean, modern and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was very responsive to our emails and the check-in process was hassle-free with the lockbox. The highlight was definitely the big garden and the breathtaking mountain view.

Fantastic location, just a short walk from Main Street. Beautifully done inside with a spacious back garden. Breakfast at Mauds was delicious, especially the crepes. Dinner at Doc's was also great, especially the chicken stack. Plenty of family walks to do, such as the reservoir walk at Silent Valley. Bon Bon's for toys, the joke shop, and the amusements are all worth a visit.
Felt very lucky, nothing was too much trouble.

The location was absolutely perfect, just seconds away from the main street. the house itself was beautifully designed and had a large backyard for activities like football and barbecues. Our breakfast at Mauds was delicious, with a variety of options for both kids and adults. the house also provided a great base for family walks and exploring the surrounding area. And of course, the nearby shops like Bon Bon's and the amusements added to the overall experience.
It would have been nice if the instructional notes around the property were organized in a welcome pack or communicated by the host beforehand. Some of the notes were faded and hard to read.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Avenue and it was truly a delightful experience. The location couldn't be better, with everything within walking distance. The house itself is beautifully modernized, yet still maintains its charming character. The bedrooms and living room feel cozy and comfortable, while the bathrooms and kitchen are sleek and modern. The view from the back of the house is breathtaking, especially on a clear day when you can see part of the Mournes. The off-street parking behind a closed gate is a great convenience in such a central location. I also appreciated the clear check-in instructions from the host. I had everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Although the property was wonderful, there were a few small things that could have been improved. I would have preferred the instructional notes to be included in a welcome pack or communicated by the host initially, rather than being scattered around the property.
